The Propper 3-in-1 Hardshell Parka can adapt to a wide range of climates and has plenty of pockets, making it a great coat for on- and off-duty wear. This parka's outer shell has factory sealed seams for maximum waterproof protection and insulation for use in cold weather. Each side has zippers for quick access to a concealed firearm. Multiple pockets with forward flaps offer secure storage of your gear. When the temperatures warm up a bit, the fleeced inner jacket can be worn by itself. When the temperature drops, the inner jacket zips into the shell for an extra layer of insulation. Pull-out ID panels on the chest and back along with a removable hood make this parka an excellent addition to your duty wardrobe.

I wanted a warm, weatherproof, high-quality coat that would fit properly, and have enough useful features like pockets in all the right places. This coat fits my requirements perfectly! Tailoring and stitching are first-rate. The hood is warm, removable, and can be stowed out of the way in a hidden compartment that's in the back of the coat. Although the fit is perfect, it is still roomy enough to be worn with the included fleece liner (or other lightweight jacket). The coat arrived quickly, and the price was half of what similar coats were going for. Best part: Quality-Made in the U.S.

Good jacket, has kept me very dry in heavy rain so far. However could use some simple improvements like making the interior top pockets larger as my phone barely fits in them. I don't even have one of the larger phones. Don't they test this stuff? Costs nothing to make the pockets slightly larger.

What I was looking to purchase was a parka that laughs off all of the bitter elements during the winter, that I got, plus a new favorite toy. It took me a couple of days to discover all of it's features, multiple internal and external pockets. Plus, the back ID panel has a backpack sized pocket which I love. Makes a mockery of cold climates outside while keeping you dry, or just pull in over yourself like a blanket for an instant at home by the fireplace type of warmth.
