I bought this jacket as another layer to go with my uniform jacket.
Weather in the pacific northwest changes pretty regularly from warm to cold to rainy so i like to have layers so I can adapt to what comes my way.
The jacket i paired this with was a mid weight soft shell. I wear this jacket underneath that and i feel much warmer. I bought the Medium long so i could wear it as a base layer. Sizes usually run larger so i would size down from what you normally wear. The only complaint I have is the wrists are a little tight, not when they just sit there, i don’t feel like i’m loosing blood flow to my hands but trying to take the jacket off without turning it inside out is a challenge. A little more elacticity in the wrist would be nice.
Overall great jacket! Highly recomend!

A little heavy, but seems to be well built. Great fleece material!
They run small, so order one size up minimum. Usually wear Xlarge, but the shoulders and sleeves were super tight. Gonna try XXL for an exchange. If you’re a muscular guy with big arms and shoulders, go up two sizes or find something else!

I enjoyed the fit,warmth and comfort of this fleece. I am 6’2”, 280, 52L and it fit great. The problem is that the construction is horrible. The zipper on the left arm has broken after 1 use and the side right side straps has torn out with out any reason. So far it only went to the office and has no field time. GOING BACK!

Chest pockets & zips work well. Good zipper/snap access to critical hips. Seems like good materials of construction. Hope it lasts as long as my NorthFace.
