In the field, you need clothing that's tough enough to perform in high-stakes situations. Propper has been crafting BDU pants since the mid-1980s, when the U.S. Armed Forces started wearing the Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) in combat. While BDUs are no longer worn in battle, Propper's cotton ripstop BDU pants are still built to military specification and are popular among tactical operators for their resilient, performance-focused features. Propper BDU pants include six military-grade pockets with button closures, so you can keep all of your gear at the ready. Reinforced waist tabs adjust to ensure the perfect fit at all times. Seat and knees are double-reinforced. Made from 100 percent cotton ripstop fabric, these BDU pants are great if you want to avoid synthetic fibers. Ripstop cotton is breathable, resilient and comfortable, but will lose strength and color after laundering and industrial wear.

Fits me perfectly. At my height, 6'6" I fight a constant battle with inseams-pants that portray themselves as being 'extra long' look more like Bermuda shorts when I put them on. Great for everyday wear, rugged, comfortable, room for whatever you need to carry. Also allows a Sam Browne belt over it comfortably-something not all pants made as a possible uniform pant will do. As mentioned in the headline, easily to grab a blazer to give it a 'dressed up' look, even better if you are wearing a soft cotton shirt with a tie. The sort of pants you throw over a chair at night and put them back on in the morning without bothering to search for 'something to wear' in the closet.

This product shipped quickly, order was right, and the size was spot on.

I have been looking for station pants for my job as a firefighter/medic for a while now. Every pair I tend to get is either very uncomfortable or very weak material and cannot handle more than a weeks worth of calls. This product how so far handled nine structure fires, roughly three hundred other medic/fire calls, and normal cleaning and exercise. Still looks as good as the day I bought it. Recommended to my department and I am sure I will be buying more.

I bought these for the hubby to wear when he goes to the range and he loves them. The material is almost if not exactly like his acu's, very comfy, lots of leg room. Good use of pockets. They are alittle snug at the pelvis area and the buttons buckle alittle but nothing to say that I'd retur them for that reason. The pros def outweigh that lil detail. Very happy with them and I love the color as well. Reminds me of the old bdu's he use to have.

Very happy with transaction; was a birthday gift; had to exchange for a different size despite rep's recommendation; exchange went soooo brilliantly; fast return, & fast store credit; I was able to reorder using store credit, and received them so promptly. Customer service was so efficient with processing my refund, and their return label got my return there really quickly, making the whole exchange easy and in time for birthday. He loves them for work and is wearing today - already got compliments. Thank you to this website for making it a pleasure to work with you!

I really like the pants, they are thinner that I thought they would be, but great material. I thought that they seemed a bit small on me but that is mostly be cause I have been gaining weight. They feel great and make good work pants. I do wish I had tried these before wasting money on the more expensive tactical pants. As these are simple and do I great job. Best of all 100% cotton.

I was extremely satisfied with these 100% cotton BDU pants. The button up fly is somewhat strange at first when you are new to it but I actually prefer it now, they are super comfortable for all day wear and perfect tucked into my Rocky boots. Another notable feature is the extra large cargo pockets which are big enough to hold your gear on the job or elsewhere.

Construction is high quality as expected from Propper.

However, ever since the country of manufacture of these went from the Dominican Republic to Haiti, they seem to have lost at least a half inch to an inch in the waist.

I have purchased these pants through a different retailer before so I knew what to expect.
I like the BDU pants s they offer plenty of pockets and thus storage space. These pants are one of the few that allow me to pocket carry a G 36, other pants pockets are to small.
They are not to pricey and shipping was fast.

Thanks

Love these pants, the all cotton is not too noisy and they are super comfortable for working outdoors. They are also a good cut not too baggy and not too tight. I am 6’1 and weigh 196 pounds and got a medium regular and they fit perfect. Glad I didn’t get the tall or large you definitely need to size down in these!
