I am not one to provide feedback after an online purchase (in fact I despise it when I'm asked to do so), but I ordered a men's softshell vest from you guys and I just want to tell you how thrilled I am with the product and ordering from you. The entire experience was as good as it could've been. The vest itself is exactly as I imagined (or hoped) it would be. The size was spot on and the look is fantastic (and my wife agrees). Thank you for doing what you said you'd do, only better!

I've had the similar 511 version of this vest for over three years. Was planning on replacing the 511 but it tends to run a little baggie and cost significantly more. I took a gamble on this product and am very impressed. It is more substantial (thicker) than the 511, so I can't see wearing this when the weather is above 50 degrees. The only slight negative, the way it was packed and shipped, it has a permanent crease across the collar. But that's a minor deal in the big picture.

I own several other vest which make me look like a fisherman or that I am wearing sleeping apparel. However, this Propper Icon Softshell Vest is casual enough for everyday but dressy enough to wear to a business casual event. This is about medium in weight...which may be too much in the summer months; to be determined. For those who are CCW, the length is substantial enough not to expose your gear. It seems to be very durable.

I have not worn more than a few days so I don't know how the vest will hold up, But the construction looks very nice. A few people in the office wear this vest as an uniform component and I had to order one for myself. I like the fabric, and the light weight of the vest. I was a bit worried about it being to large but the vest fits perfect. The Propper pants run large.

I have the jacket version of this so I pretty much knew what to expect. Arrived within a week! I am very pleased with the vest. Plenty of pockets, not bulky and great for layering. I normally wear a large (42-44)but had to exchange the jacket version for a medium since they run a bit big. I ordered a medium in the vest and fits perfectly.

Came quicker than expected and it's way better than I thought it would be. Just the right amount of pockets without being too much. The internal pockets (whether intended or not) are perfectly functional instead of a side hole blown out because they are just the bag for the outside hand pockets. The Vest done right

This was ordered as a Christmas gift for my wife, it fit very well, just a slight bit on the large side but like I said slight!! very well made and looks great!! But as my luck would have it my wife wanted a full jacket so we are exchanging it now

I had to buy a man's vest because I wanted the chest pocket to carry and could not find one in the ladies version. I will have to have the shoulders tapered by a tailor as they do stickup quite a bit. The fabric is wonderful!

Looked a long time for the right soft shell vest. Found this one here (on sale!). Needed it to look good (staff at a police academy). It's got clean lines, made well, and keeps me warm. It held up well to embroidery as well. I may get the jacket next. Once I started wearing this vest several other staff members bought them too.
