A classic BDU appearance combined with modern tactical functionality, the Propper Poly/Cotton Twill BDU Coat will withstand constant wear and is durable enough for any situation. Based on the traditional U.S. Army BDU design, this Mil-Spec coat features a fused military collar, fused pocket flaps, double reinforced elbows and military-grade pockets, ensuring long-lasting durability. The side seams and sleeves are felled for maximum maneuverability and rip prevention, as well as for optimal comfort. The four front pockets provide ample storage and are secured by button closures, with no zippers or hook and loop on the coat. There are drain holes on the bellowed pockets for convenient drainage of sand or moisture as well.

this is an extremely sturdy canvas like material. having sampled all available fabrics being used for bdu , acu, and abu, standard issue gear. I have found the propper multicam poly/cotton twill to be the thickest and roughest. feeling fabric of the lot. this is most notably true for the 4 pocket BDU shirts and 6 pocket BDU pants. these twill garments feel substantial and strong, the buttons are extremely securely attached and fit tight in their buttonholes. the sizing of the propper multicam BDU gear is accurate as well. use the measuring tape and the chart will not steer you wrong. increase only one size to permit winter layering. more will not be necessary.

( on a side note: the new A-TACS FG ACU fabric in poly/cotton is equally sturdy and canvaslike.)

I really like the Multicam camouflage pattern. I use it in airsoft wars, in forest and fields. It is always in fall to spring, never summer. (I think 80 degrees is too hot) Okay, enough talk. You might think that if you use this pattern where it is mostly green, it will not work. Wrong, it works really well. Anyone who is moving, no matter how well you are camouflaged, will be spotted by the human eye. I was hiding in a manzanita bush about three feet from "enemies"and one of them looked right at me and did not seem me. It works really well trust me, plus you will get some cred. for having a cool pattern. In short, just buy it.

i ordered two sets of the same brand propper poly cotton twill for DOC in oklahoma and same color and everything but when i received my tops they seemed of a thicker material and a purpleish tint to them, my bdu pants were spot on though, when i ordered my ripstop set they too came in the wrong tint but because they pulled the wrong item off the rack or something, so three different times i get the exact same brand color and material but my bottoms are spot on and seem of like a summer material but my top is dark navy with a purple tint and a little bit thicker i dont understand this? does anyone else

Everything is as advertised. I got it with a coupon code so I couldn't be happier with it. The buttons are a little flimsy as previously stated but that shouldn't deter you from getting it if you want it. I usually sew my buttons on my jackets with heavier blend thread anyway.

The fit is true.

I have bought many items of clothing from this website in the past. And I have been very pleased with the articles of clothing that I bought. This shirt with the four pockets I bought about a month ago runs very big. I am 6 foot 5 in tall and I weigh 270 pounds. The 3XL runs very large and long. I love the shirt coat but the sleeves are about 3 in. too long. I would suggest that you purchase this shirt one size less than you usually wear.

Comfortable and fits right.
Mulitcam blends in well, late production made in Haiti, I wear this for hunting, camping, survival training, and lastly a little bit of airsoft, and cosplay.

Bought this to wear as the temp drops, so i have not worn it outside for any real length of time. However, this is what i was hoping for when i bought it.

I disagree. Multicam works quite well in green woodlands, unlike desert patterns. True, DPM, Tiger Stripe MARPAT blend better in lush open greenery but come fall you're screwed. If I could only afford one type of camo BDU, I would choose Multicam. It's a hell of a lot better 'universal' pattern than ACU.

The style, color, quality and size (I used the size chart online) were perfect - just what I expected. Shipping/delivery was faster than expected.
