Comfortable right out of the box, the Rocky 10" Paraboot SZ provides the quality you expect in a duty boot. The exterior features water-resistant full-grain leather with a polishable toe for a sleek design that won't wear down in wet conditions. The Goodyear Welt Construction extends the life of these boots and makes it easy to repair them when they eventually wear down after repeated use in harsh working conditions. The rubber lug outsole delivers great traction even on uneven terrain, while a stabilizer within the boot helps support your feet. Get the boots on and off quickly and securely with the sturdy side zipper construction. With the cushioned EVA midsole contoured to your foot, you'll feel comfortable all day.

I purchased a pair of these. I work my butt off and live in North Dakota. During the day I work in an electrical shop so I am indoor and these are sharp enough looking that I can pull my pants over them and they look fairly dressy, then at night I work construction outside. These guys are the best boots I have ever bought. The leather is very thick to touch and feel very durable. They have gotten wet over countless times and the color and shape has held up. In fact the leather is so thick it really holds the boots together for all the abuse you give em. Having the toe cap really helps keep the boot together. I would say they are really worth the money.

These boots are well made. I wear them for my job. They take a few days to get broke in. They hold up well to the outside environment and are very comfortable. Overall they are a great product for the money & quality.

These boots were an early Christmas gift to my boyfriend before the snow takes over Wisconsin. He's always had a pair of these, and the old pair was falling apart on him. He's not been wearing them for two weeks, and says they're going to take a bit longer to break in. But he loves the fit, and will love the heels specifically even more once the rigidity leaves them.

The first thing I noticed about some of the reviews of this boot is that the zipper has a tendency to break. I personally found that it's easy, when you first get them and put them on, to get the zipper stuck on a piece of the material inside the cuff of the boot. With a little care and a gentle hand, this isn't a difficult issue to fix, and as long as you remain aware of it, you shouldn't have any problems.
The boot fits true to size. I wear a 10.5 wide, and the boot fit my foot snugly at first, but as I broke them in, the fit became better. The real pinch points are in the toe and the stabilizer in the heel will give you blisters the first couple of times you wear them. I've found that placing a large bandage over your Achilles tendon will help a lot.
Other than that, they seem to be quality boots. They feel good, they look good, and I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased this boot after several guys in my dept had recommended. Good fit (true to size). Relatively comfortable right out of the box with a few exception within in the first few hours. Only need adjustment to lacing to correct this. Wears well and looks great with a true military spit shine.

Both zippers broke the first time my boyfriend zipped them up. He’s had these boots for previously for years and they were just worn down and needed to be replaced. It looks like the manufacturer changed out the zipper to something cheaper.

They’re comfortable, strong and hold up to anything! Haven’t been in boots for a while but it’s like I never missed a day slipping into these! Not too pricy, knowing I’ll have this pair for quite some time.

They are great but the breaking in process has caused bruising on my Achilles tendon and after a week and half they are finally broke in enough not to cause pain when I walk.

The boots are great, high quality, professional looking. They are leather and tall so they are a bit stiff for the first few wears but once they break in, they are great.

After several months of my initial purchasing period, I felt inclined to write a review for these boots because of the fine quality. These boots are by far the best I've had in years. Everything from the boot laces to the leather screams fine quality. I'd recommend these to anyone who's looking for a nice pair of military boots.
