Engineered for military training programs, the ultra-light Rocky 8" C4 Trainer is a heavy-duty military boot with an athletic fit and high flexibility. The leather and nylon upper can withstand constant abuse and will not let you down no matter how hard you train. The Air-Port polyurethane footbed absorbs shock in the heel and forefoot for much softer landings and provides comfort during extended periods of wear. The EVA and rubber outsole is relentlessly durable and can handle any terrain with optimal grip and traction. It is slip, oil, heat, abrasion and water-resistant, so it will perform in all climates. Ventilation holes on the sides of the boot promote breathability and ensure a cool, dry environment within the boot. A reinforced stitched toe guard offers added protection.

Good boot if you need to polish,also very light.A few hours into a 16hour shift these boots were killing the back of my ankles so bad I pulled them off and ran my hand inside to feel for sharp spots inside my boot.I'll stick to Blackhawk and Belleville boots.

The product that i just purchased seem to have a defect about it. The seam of the tongue has come a loose and just only purchased them a couple of weeks ago I'm very disappointed about that I do like the boots.

Being a supervisor with Alabama Department of Corrections I always like to keep a professional appearance with quality boots that has longevity associated with the brand name. I applied leather luster to my Rocky boots and these boots didn't disappoint me during or after working a (12) hour shift. The boot was very light and the Rocky boot does not require any break in period. The boot is a true fit to your size. Within the past (5) years I have worn patent leather boots from Galls.com $99.00 x2 (Poor Quality) & Onlinebootstore.com $135.00 x3 ( Decent). I am certainly on the verge of buying a 2nd pair of Rocky boots.

Great boot for the money I wear a size 10 men’s should of got 9 1/2 like them snugger. That’s just me the boot is extremely good and I will be buying another pair. Only have had them a week so don’t know the longevity yet.

Although it feels like walking on cushions, the boots run bigger than my normal size- probably should have ordered a size smaller and they are pretty wide. They will work, just wish I would’ve known they run large.

I got these boots because, "light weight and polishable toe." The boots are very light and comfortable. The only problem I have with them is that polish does not stick to them. If you are use to a genuine leather boot where you could shine them to a mirror finish. These boots won't do it. I thought it was just me but after research and asking around its a common problem.

First pair I got one of the lace loops broke off. This site came to the rescue and sent me a replacement right away. What I do love about Rocky boots, this being my 3rd pair, is how comfortable they are out of the box and the generous toe box does not pinch my toes.

Great Boots, Right out of the box they are comfortable. True to size and just put some kiwi polish on them and they are good to go. Wish the tread was better but can't complain for price and delivery. I will definitely look at Rocky Boots again.

While the shoe is very light for a boot the construction is a problem. Excess leather where it meets the mesh tongue, folds as you put your foot in the shoe thus making it very uncomfortable across the back knuckles of your toes.
