I've had these for over a year and there's not a single rip in the threads or crack in the soles, they're good as new other than some scratches.

They took a very long time to break in, but now they're so comfortable that I don't even notice them.

The lip folds flat on the sides rather than getting scrunched up.

The laces are some of the best I've ever had, they're thin but strong and haven't had a single fray. The zipper opening is too narrow to be useful, but if you skip every other eyelet with the laces you can pull them open almost as easily as speed laces. Tie a knot on the end of the laces and you can pull them open without coming unthreaded.

If you've never had waterproof boots before you're missing out, it feels awesome to just stomp through the river rather than tip-toeing over rocks.

They get pretty warm during the hot seasons due to the lack of ventilation, so you should only wear them when it's cold or wet.

Thet have excellent traction even when wet.

First I want to start by saying customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. My boots arrived within 3 days of order. When I tried them on for the first Time The zipper blew out in my right boot. Called the site the next morning and they quickly sent me a return label. I had a new pair of boots less than 24 hours later.
Thank you for your customer support.
Boots have good grip in loose terrain. insulation is adequate for the mountains of Western North Carolina above 4000 ft.
Being a vet I still polish my boots daily. The leather on the toe and heal keep the shine. These boots look superb and feel great everytime I roll out. I am at the top of my game in comfort and appearance.

Got these for my husband he is a college professor teaching in a state prison. My husband loves to wear boots like these but going thru security took forever. With the rocky jump boots the side zipper makes going thru security quick and easy. He still has the ankle support with the high boots but quick on and off access.
Say he might need an insole for more cushion but my husband has no complaints. We bought the 10in first with the insulation but for big feet it was a tight fit. This brand works great he loves them!!

Needed a taller waterproof laced boot for riding but needed to be quick on/off. Have had good luck with Rocky boots in the past and am not disappointed with these. Takes some time to break in as other of their footwear but still offers rugged comfort throughout and great foot/ankle support.

Went hiking the first day I got them and they turned out great. The slip-resistant sole was very effective: I felt confident walking over riverbeds, wet boulders, and going up steep inclines. I tried running in them and was pleasantly suprised, you still have some agility despite how massive they are. They were stiff at first but after an hour they started feeling natural. The zipper doesn't open quite far enough though, you still have to loosen the laces a bit to get in. I would prefer if they just had speed laces but it's managable.

TG is always on top of service. Delivery time is fast. The day I got my boots I had a hem on all day . They do not need much break in. I replaced the laces with heavier ones, they come with real thin ones This is my second pair. I will purchase a 3rd.

Extremely comfortable shoes. It was sooking wet and my feet remained warm and dry. It is great to have a side zipper to avoid having to consistantly lace the shoe laces on these long boots.

Great quality boot. I have been looking for a tactical style, full leather boot for a long time. This boot is light weight and comfortable. I highly recommend for those of you that need a durable, lightweight all-leather boot. I also am pleased with the ankle support. They arrived earlier than expected and I would buy from this company again.

Damn good boots! Surprisingly comfortable, they broke in by the end of the 2nd day at work (security) and I'm not required to do very much walking. I figured they would be made in China like everything else these days but these are made in the Dominican Republic. If I ever wear these out I'd definitely buy another pair 👍
