Men's Salomon Guardian Forces CSWP Boots Tactical Reviews, Deals, Problems and Guides

I bought the boots based on my experience with other Salomon products. I thought that the water proofing would be a nice feature but quickly found that these boots did not breathe at all. Only 2 hours of wear had me sweating through my socks (weather outside was sunny and about 70 degrees). They fit great and were incredibly comfortable, but the heat issue caused me to return them and buy the non water proof version.

I used them on a surveying job . With in 3hrs . on the job , they are breaking in fast. They are very comfortable and the traction of the soles are awesome . Surveying is hard on boots . We will see how they hold up. They are also light and the fit is great too. This is my first purchase of a Salomon product . My boss liked them too and he wants a pair of them also. The next month or so will determine if I will buy another pair but I think its gona happen . Thanks for these boots. A Happy Hillbilly from Kentucky.
