Look great! A little stiff out of the box (been wearing boots like this for years so that's to be expected). After couple days breaking in, they are incredibly comfortable. I did swap out the insole to one with more cushion. I do that for all my shoes so not really a gig on them. I wear boots all day every day and while only had these a couple of weeks, I'm thoroughly impressed. I work in Colorado so everything from dry dirt, to mud to pavement to snow and ice. Even today the grip saved me from a busting my ass on ice. If they hold up and they look like they should, I've got my boots of the future. Great product so highly recommend. Just be prepared for break in.

Ok - needed a pair of new boots as my fav's were getting crappy and needed some to go with my OCP's in CONUS. Wanted a bit better than issue. Tried these - color is good - CSM approved & he did not have an issue with them at all, (he is normally cranky about everything). I did a ruck for 6 miles in them w/ a 45 Lb ruck - good room - great support in the ankle - little bit of stretching - but not enough I could not tie the laces a bit tighter. No blisters with a med weight wool sock. My feet sweat like crazy and the vents help (maybe in my mind - but that works too). I plan on wearing in the winter w/ heavier wool socks. This is a really good boot - my command had no issues, but if you are a parade soldier - you might get "the look". I see no quality issues like some other posters. Yes I wish it was all US, but the price was good and the fit and function did what I need it to do. 11's work their feet to nub's - I know a good boot when I wear it and this one is a good one.

If like them better if they were made I the U.S. They were true to size. The insole could have more cushion. When you look down on them while wearing them. None of the stitching is consistent from one boot to the other. So they actually fit different because The laces tighten at a different point. The sole on the right side comes up further in the front than on the left side by at least 1/2 inch. It almost looks like they were made in 2different factories. Pretty typical for Chinese produced products. For the price I kind of expected something a little better. I'm kind of stuck with them since my last pair were garbage and I'm using them for work, I literally put them on the day they came in and went back to work. They probably would have been a better boot if the QC was there. I won't buy another pair though

It took me a couple of months to decide on a pair of boots; so, I chose the Khyber MH II because of it's strong made materials, good looks and its ankle protection design. And so I bought two pairs of it, the good reviews were helpful on my decision as well. I love this boots!! I've had them for one year and wore them everyday; in different terrain: muddy swamp-like, rocky roads, sands and uneven concrete walkways. The boots is easy to clean even after a muddy swamp experience. One day, I tripped over a wire and landed on a rocky path with no injuries to my ankles. It was a good thing that I only wear Khyber MH II boots. Actually, three other soldiers purchase the Khyber II boots after they saw it on my feet and asked me about it. After, I gave it a glowing review, they bought their pairs and they too love these boots.

As an archaeologist working in mountains, I got these boots for field work based upon features, ratings, etc. Upon receiving them, I also had a major seam problem only on the left boot, at first. The seam connecting the heel and calf segments, in the "Achilles'" area quickly rubbed the skin raw and doubling socks didn't help. I bought some adhesive heel liners for a couple of bucks and placed them over the seams (on both sides, just in case) and use a shoe horn to prolong the liners' life. Since then, they are fantastic! Possibly my favorite boots to date. They're very light and flexible, so they don't feel too far off "tennis" shoes with ankle support and good ventilation, but also featuring great, grippy, Vibram soles. As long as I don't wade, they're perfect. If I can predict wading, I'll wear some waterproof ones that day!

I’ve had other Tactical boots but these r my go to for the range, woods or anywhere you’re walking or crawling. They fit like a pair of running shoes, doesn’t feel like your lugging boots all day. It’s definitely a tuff looking boot built for a rugged terrain. I’m a size 11 and had to order a10..fits perfect. Highly recommend this product.

Hard for me to offer a full review; but as of now: They fit like I expected, they feel like a good mix of leightweight, but still durable.
Initially, it was a hassle to get the tongue to seat properly, but after wrestling with it a few outings, it finally stayed put.
For the price, I think you'll be happy wth this buy

After spending most of my life in the military boots are all I wear, these are very well constructed, true to fit & comfortable enough for everyday wear. Almost no break-in time right out of the box, they are ready for action. I would recommend them for anyone needing a stylish comfortable battle boot built tough. I wore a similar pair for 6 out of the 10 years I served in Iraq/Afghanistan, these boots were made for rugged terrain with the soldier in mind.

Boots came in 2 days, direct from manufacturer, which is Belleview, Belleville, whatever. Fit is good, seem to be well made/designed. Comfortable from day one, which is today. They are NOT like walking on clouds. I can tell the type of ground I am walking on, which I rather like.

My only issue so far, the darn LACES ARE TOO SHORT! Would it cut into their profit margin that much to supply the boots with laces long enough to go to the top of the boots and still have enough left to tie a knot? Other than that, seem OK.

BTW - customer service is excelent. Will continue to buy from them

I got these earlier than expected so TY, TG. They are extremely comfortable on first donning EXCEPT the rivets near the tongue gusseting bit my ankles fierce for a bit just after putting them on the first two days. It's not as noticeable after a little while and maybe they just need broken in but it seems to be something that needs addressed by Tactical Research as mine is not the first complaint about it. Other than that I am happy and they seem to be as advertised. I would get another pair and get them from Tactical Gear again.

**These do have heat ports and it is not shown in photo so be aware these are hot weather assault boots. Temperate rainy WV currently is not even close freezing my feet in the least however.
