The TRU-SPEC Guardian Pants offer a new twist on the brand’s flagship product, the Original Tactical Pant. They offer the same comfort and functionality TRU-SPEC pants fans are used to but with a thinner, tapered fit. These trousers contain several useful features, including two elongated cargo pockets and additional utility pockets for storage. Wide belt loops and a slider waistband help to accommodate many belts and sizes. The poly-cotton ripstop fabric is coated with a DWR water repellent to help keep you dry while also resisting stains. The slimmer fit provides additional mobility for any situation and results in a less baggy, more natural-fitting pair of pants.

Love the design, fits good, the only issue is that I made the mistake and didn't see this mention in the product description about slimmer fit. If you have small and I mean really same quads then these pants will work great.

Finally tactical pants designed for a tall, thin man! The only complaint I have about these pants is the cuff is tapered too much, they don't fit over boots very well and there is no way to carry a backup on your ankle.

It was hard to find slim tactical pants for one of our employees, but the Guardian pants fit the bill. They are slim, but not "girly" as some pants are. He still has room to work in comfortably. They look like a normal pair of pants on him, without being overly bloomy, baggy or clingy. He normally wears a 29x30 but the 30x30 fit perfect.

My rating is based on my own mistake. I love all the pockets and feel but...
I had purchased some other Tru-Spec tactical pants and thought these would be similar but I made a huge mistake but not seeing in the description "The Guardian Pant offers a tapered, slimmer fit." I'm not a big guy (5'8" 170lbs) but these pants are way too thight in the upper thigh. Everything else is great and they definitely fit much tighter that other Tru-Spec. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you have really small legs then I think these would be great pants

Comfortable for work all day. Water resistance is good in light showers. Material is superb I do not see these pants tearing anytime soon. Best everyday work pants. Phone pocket will fit a iPhone 11 Pro Max with a slim case with no problem. (Not sure with heavy duty cases). Velcro on pants pockets are strong and of quality. The YKK zipper is strong as well. The elastic form fitting feature is great. You can crouch down with ease and not worry of any point of the pants to pinch your waist in anyway. Pants runs true to size.

These pants are fantastic. Great amount of pockets. The elastic waste is a gear feature. But, the thighs were way too tight. I'm a short, chubby guy. It's hard for me to find things that fit well.

Ripped my other work pants that I had. But prior to that I’ve been having trouble finding pants that fit comfortable and that weren’t too baggy. These pants were a great investment. I highly recommend.

We have two thin HVAC technicians that always looked too baggy in the regular tactical pants until we found these Guardian style pants. They also like that the fabric resists stains and dirt.

Nicer cut and less baggy than the original, with great pocket design. Like not having Velcro on hip pockets and love the drop in pockets behind front cargo pockets.

I like these pants, im kinda of a skinny dude (5'8, 150) so finding a decent fitting pants is always a bit of a challenge. These fit me great, they're not too baggy like most tac pants tend to be. If you are a heftier fella or have tree trunks for legs, these are definitely not gonna be the best for you.
