I bought these TRU-SPEC shorts to wear during summer work hours. The material is sturdy and a little stiff but comfortable. The inseam is a great length for a 6' 2" frame and the sizing is just right. The fit and finish are very commercial and appealing. The design is functional and I really like the Drop N pockets which are sized for a std. 30 rd. magazine with pull, cell phone, etc.. The zipper is strong and operates smoothly and mostly quietly. The camo pattern is clean and consistent with similar TRU-SPEC clothing. The buttons securing the cargo and rear pockets are a little unwieldy and to my likes the worst feature of the shorts. Overall though, a great choice at a reasonable price from a proven supplier.

Well made with tight seams and stiches. Built to last. Very comfortable and roomy. Especially like the cell phone pocket behind cargo pockets. Only con is the length of the inseam, falls right on the knee and can be binding in squats & bends. Local seamstress took care of that.
