For years now this short has been my everyday summer attire. In winter, I switch to the LT Phantom pants. It is great to have the same design in both lengths. In particular, I like the low profile cargo pockets with the inner pocket. It is perfect for a cell phone. The knife pockets on both sides are a huge plus also. A knife in one, a small flashlight in the other one. The hidden right side pocket will very discreetly carry a small pistol in a pocket holster when I don't want to wear a belt holster. The fabric is quite durable and I can't ask for much more for everyday wear.

They have the same low profile tactical look that you find in the Original Tactical Pants. Which make them good casual wear without the weekend warrior or survivor look. Inseam is reasonable, don't like shorts below the knees. Only issue is that the LT run a little smaller than the Originals. Should have gone up one size in the waist. Overall nice shorts, just consider the size difference if you're used to the cotton Vertx products.

I has several pair of these and wear them ten+ months out of the year. Im hard on gear, so if they last me that long, they must be tough. I like the "pocket in a pocket". It fits my iPhone perfect.

These are comfortable shorts that are excellent for concealed carry. Almost impossible to find a 35 waist, but these shorts have that also. This is my fourth pair of these shorts, and I highly recommend them.

Very well made shorts but in the seat in these shorts runs on the narrow side. If your buttocks is two dimensional these are for you. If you’re the owner of a muscular buttocks bring a shoe horn.

I just purchased and got them today unfortunately I will be returning. In all my BDU and other tactical pants and shorts I wear medium long. I got 2 pair in 31 waist one pair is to tight tag reads 31 waist the other pair must be missed labeled it says 31 but can't even get them close to button up. Will be exchanging for another size.
