Did their oven molding process but then straps where way too loose tried super gluing them but only one side held,will redo with JB Weld, currently wrapped the left sandals strap with para cord not pretty but keeps it from falling off. Size 13 fits perfectly after oven molding process, they need to keep straps true to size.

Very comfortable. Only gripe, the toe strap is to far towards the center and the straps are just a bit too lose for my foot. Nice if the foot strap had some tension like a flex band. Other then that I like the arch support because my arches are falling. I will say I did not feel a difference after the Heat treatment.

I find the sandal supportive, well cushioned, and not at all hard to wear. If you are a half size I recommend rounding down to the lower full size.

They use cheap rivets to hold top of sandal thong together. One broke the second day is used them from dog walking on my foot. It was casual wear inside. Impossible to fix. I am a 10.5 and these are 11 and they fit perfect. Luckily a previous review warned me first.

Product was not true to size. I wear a 12 and ordered a 13 because I like the extra room. Pitting these on the fit like an 11.5. Did not like them need to see If I can return them. But the quality is good.

Have plantars fasciitis and flat feet so these need a little getting used to but then barely feel them on my feet. Don't know if I could be on my feet many hours a day and wear these comfortably.

I hate flip flops. But the idea of molding them to your own feet. Made me wanted to try them. So I did, I have been wearing since. I love them! I have ordered the other color to wear now.

I’m not a flip flop guy, but these are awesome. Comfortable as all get out and great for life in the desert in the summer.

These are bad! Initial order arrived with rivets broken, site was great and sent replacement right away. They arrived Wed and rivet broke today 28 JUN. They are not really comfortable I would not wear them after a ruck and order a size up.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my son. I know he is going to love them. He had them on his want list.
