The hat is okay, especially for the price. It would be helpful if the generalized terms, like XL, could be connected to actual hat sizes, but perhaps that's impractical with the variety of headgear the company sells. I'm guessing that this XL is about 7 5/8, which is a little large for me but might be shrinkable in the wash.

A cap can be a useful accessory for keeping the sun and sweat out of your eyes, but sometimes they're just too hot for comfort. This lightweight, all cotton cap absorbs the excess perspiration and breathes well enough for it to evaporate. It cuts the glare of midday sun without being so hot and heavy you feel like your head is baking in it. Good cap.

This product was bigger then I thought it would be but that is cool more room. It stays true to size even washing it in very hot water no problem; no color bleed out. I like that it seems lighter then BDUs but has all the strength. Over all great price and great hat.

This is a good looking cap and comfortable for hot weather. It's cotton, so it will shrink a little the first trip through the wash, especially if you disregard the label instructions and wash it warm. I'm glad Proper still makes this in a tiger stripe pattern.

When I purchased the cap I was a little concerned about the variation in the sizing and the actual size of the cap but surprisingly it fit really well. The material appears to be very good quality material and over all I would definitely recommend it as a purchase well made.

Nice cap, all cotton and lighter weight than BDU material in multicam. Mine in Large came in tad too tight for a 7 1/2 size head. You might order up a size if you are between sizes. Easy to fix the problem with a quick soak in water and wear the cap until dry to stretch. Overall for the price a good cap. .

Besides mentioned above it is what I expected. Very lightweight and breathable. Due to it being made solely of cotton I wouldnt use it in a wet climate. Fit true to scale. As of now happy with purchase.

Only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the size. Instead of 11-14 only had 11-11 but that is no problem because it looks good on a teddy bear or will make a great gift for someone.
