For future customers...my suggestion is to change the picture...even though you try to make it clear by saying...(SET OF 2)....the picture gives a sense...that the customer would be receiving four (4) pads...not two (2) pads....

Bought these to add extra support to the issued IOTV, although the shoulder straps are a little wide they fit great and added a lot of comfort when wearing full load to extended periods of time.

This went on a loaded down Condor plate carrier. I talked easily over the carrier shoulder straps and provides more comfort than the factory pads do. It’s worth the minor investment if you have to wear a plate carrier for a prolonged amount of time.

I have a new AR500 inviticus plate carrier. The thin shoulder straps make it easy to shoulder a rifle but it’s not comfortable wearing steel plates for long periods of time. These pads make a huge difference. Very comfortable and secure. Highly recommended.

I recently completed a week long training where my vest was worn pretty much all day every day. It was extremely uncomfortable on the straps after the first day. Purchased these to wear. I haven’t quite had time to wear the vest for more then a couple hours but they feel awesome. Either way it is better then the standard straps. You’re not gonna really go wrong purchasing these.

I bought the MOPC and then bought these shoulder pads, changed out the shoulder pads that came with the MOPC, with these. Fits perfect, the color matched , made the MOPC more comfortable since that's where the weight of the plates rest. I would recommend if anyone is looking into making their plates carriers comfortable.

Pricey but extremely well made and effective I am using them on a carrier and plate armor that weighs about 20 pounds and they make a dramatic difference. They come in a cute little black mesh bag - an interesting packaging choice. 5 stars.

Picked up a MOLLE II 3 Day Assault Pack and was at first surprised by how the shoulder straps had so little padding. Then later learned that was by design. These Banshee Ultimate Shoulder Pads cured that little problem and they work great.

Bought a Rothco plate carrier with no shoulder padding so purchased these to supplement the lack of padding. Didn't have a great universal fit so would recommend using only for the recommended carriers.

My heavy vest had ridges a the top of each shoulder. Fully loaded cause pain. These pads smoothed everything out and helped distribute the load.
