The Special Forces 1 is part of a modular system comprising of two sleeping bags (which can be bought separately or as a set). The two bags can be zipped together using a detachable baffle to give an extreme bag with the convenience of single center-zip opening. A “Sleep System / Complete System” combines 2 different bags connected with either a Zip Baffle or by connecting or zipping together. These sleeping systems are designed to be layered together to cover all different types of weather conditions.

I've had my Snugpak Special Forces 1 for three years. To be up front I didn't buy it from this site because at the time I was out of the country and got it while overseas. BUT I am going to review it anyway and I would encourage you to purchase from here. As of the time of my writing this review, these guys have a great price for this bag and I've been a long time customer so I know they always do a great job and they have excellent customer service. Now, for the bag review. This bag is as described and I can say with confidence that it is very well made and preforms as promised. This is the best bag I have ever used and I can highly recommend it to anyone. For the record I have several other Snugpak products (another bag and two tents) and I have been pleased. The quality, design, and durability of all my Snugpak gear has been of the highest quality.
