About the same size as a pen, the Streamlight ProTac 2AAA Professional Tactical Light combines power and portability. Powered by two AAA batteries, the shock-resistant ProTac 2AAA features three different light levels (high, low, and strobe) that can be changed with a simple touch of the tail switch button. C4 LED technology and solid-state power regulation ensure maximum performance throughout a 50,000-hour lifetime. With a case crafted from 6000 Series machined aircraft aluminum, you know it's tough enough to withstand extremes. In precarious situations, the last thing you need is your light source getting away from you. The anti-roll facecap ensures the ProTac 2AAA stays in place when you set it down.

One of the best built brightest light I've ever bought. Top quality product. I like flashlights and this company is the best.
The make larger models that charge with a USB and 800 Lumens also best flashlight I've bought.

I love this flashlight 🔦 because it puts out a bright white light and enables me to see clearly no matter what. It’s cool that it has the option to be a little dimmer if need be. I’m ordering another one for my wife. Great light!!

I puchased this light for an emergency pack for my wife and daughter. It is the perfect size to fit into a pen/pencil slot in a pack and bright enough for anything they'll need it for. The only complaint would be a longer battery life, but it's a perfect choice for what I needed it for and Tacticalgear.com had it at the right price

Illumiation rivals my Surefire 6P in a much smaller diameter, but greater OAL. Will work much better for what I purchased it for, which is getting it inside & illuminating small enclosures. Only gave it 4 stars till see how durable the switch is & how it holds up over time.

An affordable winner. A Hi-low beam light with strobe is just right without overkill. I have had several of the model with only one problem. Once you let someone borrow it, you find yourself having to replace it. I ordered a hand full this time.

I use the light at work and it does a fantastic job lighting up the dirty spots in the kitchen so that I can tell my cooks or pot washers what needs to be cleaned. Seriously thinking of buying another one for my house as an emergency light.

Purchased as a gift for my son. This is his second one because he left his at a customer site and when he went back to get it the customer said it wasn't there. I guess the customer really like it too.

This is the best light I have ever used, pretty much indestructible and dependable. It has great battery life, bright enough to really be useful and can take a beating and keep on working.

As the last house in the city limits I live in a pretty dark area. I use flashlights all the time and I have several of all different sizes and brands. The SL-PT is one of the best lights I've ever used. Light weight, easy to carry and super bright with a perfect beam. It puts my 4-D cell Mag-light to shame. Pocket, glove box or house ... HIGHLY recommended.
