Would recommend a Small or X small.
The sleeves are too long, the width way too big, looks unprofessional being baggy. A regular shirt medium would be way more of an appropriate fit, sizing doesn't match industry sizing. Would return but already opened the packages.

What I think about this product is that it not only feels good but always looks classic. Has a very nice cut it keeps you fresh and love that the material keeps a very nice color even over time of it been used. Definitely recommend this product.

I was told about these polos at my work. I work in Retail and this is perfect. For me it's not really Long enough I have to keep pulling it down. The rest is a perfect fit.

i usually fit a womans small fairly tightly, and i would need an extra small. but not sure if it would fix the width issue.
