I love the fit of this shirt. I wear it under my uniform as an EMT and it doesn't ride up or roll up which is fantastic. It keeps me dry all day and living in Florida that is important. The only flaw is that I wish the sleeves were a tad bit longer by an inch. The sleeves tend to dig into the armpit after awhile and I end up pulling them back down which while working out in the field can be a hassle sometimes. However, when the shirt is where it is suppose to be it is very comfortable. I'm a larger chested woman (34DD) and ordered the medium.
